Oh my goodness this is happening. Y'all have been asking, and now it's real. Reconnect to yourself with us now one Saturday per month at Delta Groove Yoga! This is a gentle yoga class to recalibrate and connect to your energetic center. Babies pre-crawling stage are warmly welcomed to come along, but once your baby is independently mobile around the room (active crawling), please transition to coming on your own. YOU are welcome as long as you consider yourself postpartum...so, forever? This class will be nurturing and accessible. Practice knowing yourself in breath and movement, and maybe see yourself in others in this vibrant and groovy yoga community. We warmly welcome you just as you are. The first classes are scheduled for December 9th and January 6th!

Hooray for these strong moms who came to be a community today, and to breathe and tune into their bodies just exactly as they are. The babies were hilarious and charming as always, but y’all know I do this to bathe in the strength of the mothers.
