@fit4mommemphis has classes for pregnancy and all the madness thereafter, and sometimes they invite me in to teach prenatal yoga. I love working with these moms. It’s awesome to see them forming relationships and feeling powerful inside themselves. Pregnancy is such a ripe time to be sensitive and in touch with the physical body, and movement can help! It’s what you’ve always wanted!! The series class is now ongoing at @sundara_wellness . You can still purchase a six-pack and use them when you want, or just drop in when it’s convenient. It helps so much if you can pre-register online or by calling Sundara. Classes will be every week all Summer with the exception of June 12 (because even yoga teachers live a little sometimes, and I’ll be at a yoga training in Asheville!). Come join us. The April 24 breastfeeding workshop has been bumped to May 1 - this Sunday! If you’ve been trying to get to one of these, now is the time, and I still have openings.
