I'm taking a week off for Spring Break, so it feels like a good time to share these lists of awesome fellow lactation helpers in our area. The @malca4memphis list is IBCLCs who are clinically registered lactation pros, typically covered by insurance and able to handle complex feeding issues, who often work with a medical practice. The @shelbycountybreastfeeding list includes additional lactation folks like me, CLC (that’s me!) and CLS, who are in the community and can help with education and support for common topics. (The middle image has descriptions of the different credentials if you want more information.) Whatever your infant feeding goals and challenges are, there is a fantastic village of trained professionals in Memphis who want to help you!

The upstairs practice space at @deltagrooveyoga is where all the extra groovy healing arts happen, including some very sweet prenatal yoga classes. Sometimes class is pretty full on Sundays, though! GOOD NEWS!! Beginning in March, the Sunday prenatal yoga class is moving downstairs to accommodate more moms and more spaciousness, and I hope you’ll come grow with us! Every week, you can find me teaching at Delta Groove Yoga on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons. Link in bio to get more info or if you’d like to pre register!
