My Group Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop is an in-person class for up to 8 moms plus their partners. In 90 minutes, we cover a lot of basic lactation science, some real talk about the experience of postpartum, and constructive tips about how to maximize comfort and confidence, including how to ask for help from community and clinical helpers. The workshop, the homework materials, and the resources I have to share are for expecting parents interested in learning about lactation, whether they've breastfed a baby before or not. As an experienced CLC and doula, I LOVE learning and working in the field of birth, babies, and breasts. Since 2018, I've earned over 300 hours in lactation education (CERPs) that I'm always working to put back into our community to help moms begin with confidence! Postpartum Yoga is just once a month at @deltagrooveyoga ! It’s a yoga class, but it’s also a circle and an opportunity to witness your own body and your experience with others who SEE you. Some people bring their pre-crawlers and some come alone. Anything you need to do is fine in this space. It’s a watery, intuitive, powerful rush of floodwaters and we want you to come as you are.
Which layer of your Self do you want to bring to yoga? If you come to do strength and stretching for your physical body, you are invited. If you come to practice deepening and lengthening your breath to move your energy more efficiently, you too. If you come to settle your monkey mind and tune into your discerning, thoughtful self, come on. If you come to *be* closer to your intuition and move in sync with the deep wisdom in your heart, yaaasss you. If you're cultivating loving awareness, I sure hope you'll come do that work with us. This Partners Prenatal Workshop will include breath practices, yoga postures, and mindful offerings of hands-on assists. Each pregnant person should sign up with any non-pregnant partner of their choice! This is the time to bring your husband, sister, mom, or even your doula to practice with you. Come ready to cultivate trust, attune to subtle communication, and invite loving kindness.
